🟨 Yellowbrick Updates
🔌 Connecting Brokerages No Longer Required
We have removed the requirement of having a connected brokerage because it was greatly limiting who could join Yellowbrick.
Having a connected brokerage and adding trade reasons to your trades is still the best way to find like-minded investors, get feedback on your trades, and build a following, but it is no longer required.
So if you have any friends that couldn’t join Yellowbrick because they didn’t have a Robinhood account, invite them now and we will move them to the top of the waitlist!
🛎️ New Notification Settings
We changed how notifications work! You will no longer automatically get a daily notif saying “X new trades for you”. Instead, you can choose to receive notifications for individual investors you follow. The default setting will be to only get notifications if they add a trade reason to their trade, but you can also choose to get notifs right when they make a trade or to never get notifs.
To change the notification settings for any investor that you follow, head to their profile and click the “following” button.
